Today, 𝗕𝗢𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟱𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, marking half a century of service, innovation, and resilience in the offshore and maritime industries. Founded in 1975 in Trondheim, Norway as TAUBÅTKOMPANIET AS, the company has grown from 3 tugs operating in Trondheim area into a globally recognized provider of offshore vessels and specialized marine services.
Over five decades, we have continuously evolved to meet the demands of a dynamic industry—expanding our fleet, capabilities, and international presence. At the heart of this journey is our greatest asset: our people. Their expertise, dedication, and drive have shaped BOA’s reputation for quality, safety, and reliability. As we honor this milestone, we also look firmly ahead.
