BOA launches 2 floating dock sections at Wulkan Shipyard

BOA has completed the launch of two floating dock sections at Wulkan Shipyard for Charterers Trend Projekt.

The 82 x 47-meter sections have been successfully launched, using BOA’s semi-submersible barge, Boabarge 36 (124 x 31.5 x 7.93 m), with 3.600 m² of deck space and submerging capacities of 8 meters forward and 12 meters aft above deck- ensuring safe and controlled operations.

BOA will launch the 3rd and final section of the floating dock in August 2026.Once completed, the floating dock will be one of the largest in the Baltic Sea, strengthening the shipbuilding potential of Western Pomerania.

Beyond providing the semi-submersible barge, BOA delivered Engineering and operational management of the barge of the barge, ensuring safe and efficient executions.
