Successful Wreck Removal of M/V Lenangstind
Thursday July 30th Prawntrawler Lenangstind was successfully removed from the rocks.
The casualty was upended, pumped dry and pulled of the rocks with the help from Boa Barge 27, T/B Chief and workboat Kark.
We thank our eminent salvage crew and subcontractors for job well done and Gard/Tromstrygd for the trust in rewarding the removal of Lenangstind to BOA.
Lenangstind ran aground July 6th at Lyngstuva on the Lyngen Peninsula north of Tromsø.
The casualty was towed to Stokksund for demolition.
